At Fitzsi, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible.

Delivery Area

We currently deliver to eligible UK mainland addresses only. Delivery to Northern Ireland is not available.

Delivery Charges

Standard delivery is FREE to eligible UK mainland addresses.

Delivery to offshore islands and certain remote UK locations may incur additional shipping charges or may be unavailable, depending on the product and our delivery partners.

Any applicable additional delivery charges will be clearly communicated and agreed before your order is confirmed. If delivery is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange a full refund of any payment already taken.

Processing Time

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days.

Delivery Time

Once processed, standard delivery usually takes 3–5 business days.

Please allow approximately 4–8 business days from placing your order to receiving your delivery.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, weather, high-demand periods or other circumstances outside our control. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order has been dispatched. You can also use our Track Your Order page to check your delivery.

Multiple Items

If you order multiple products, they may arrive in separate packages because Fitzsi works with different fulfilment locations and suppliers.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Please make sure your delivery information is correct before completing your order.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to update the address if the order has not yet been processed or dispatched, but we cannot guarantee that changes will be possible once processing has begun.
