Currency & Pricing

All product prices on Fitzsi are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP £).

The prices displayed on our website are the prices customers pay for their products, excluding any applicable additional delivery charges.

Fitzsi is operated by FITZSI LTD, which is not currently VAT registered. We do not charge VAT separately on customer orders.

Delivery Charges

Standard delivery is FREE to eligible UK mainland addresses.

Additional delivery charges may apply to certain remote UK locations and offshore islands, depending on the product and delivery partner.

Any additional delivery charges will be communicated and agreed before an order is confirmed.

We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland.

Payment Processing

Payment is collected securely during checkout through our supported payment providers.

Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.

Fitzsi does not store customers' full payment card details.

Refunds

Where a refund is due, it will normally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Payment Security

We use Shopify's secure checkout and supported payment providers to process transactions.

Payment information is handled through the relevant payment provider's security systems.
